It’s our first ever suitcase that closes the production loop, using pre-owned suitcases as part of the material. Being part of the Essens family, these cases equal carefree travelling, thanks to their lightness, 3-point locking system and voluminous packing cubes. - At least 45% by weight of the outer shell is made with post-consumer recycled polypropylene saving the equivalent of 302 yoghurt cups (4g) from landfill, and at least 35% by weight of the outer shell is made with recycled polypropylene coming from pre-owned recycled suitcases, bringing the total share of recycled materials to at least 80% by weight of the outer shell.
- 100% by weight of the interior webbing and interior zipper, and at least 95% by weight of the interior lining are made with recycled PET plastic, saving the equivalent of 15 plastic water bottles (0,5L - 20g) from landfill.

Closing the loop
We used 2.500 pre-owned suitcases to re-create 1.000 pieces of this limited edition. As a result, the outer shell is made with at least 35% recycled suitcases and at least 45% recycled post-consumer waste by weight, reaching an incredible total of at least 80% recycled materials by weight.
Unique engraving
Each suitcase is engraved with a unique edition number ranging from 0001/1000 to 1000/1000, adding an extra layer of exclusivity to each piece.
SMART PACKING
This suitcase comes with two voluminous packing cubes which are removable, hand-washable and easy to lift. Don’t feel like unpacking? Simply lift and put the entire packing cube in your closet.
